June 24-28, 2019 9:00 am - 11:30 am Open to students 3 years old (as of January 1, 2019) through 4th Grade (2019-2020 School Year) All children attending VBS must be potty-trained. The Fee for VBS is $5.00 per child. Payments can be made by check or cash. All checks can be made payable to St. Susanna. You can remit your payment(s) in the following ways: • Mail Payment to: St. Susanna Church Faith Formation Office 1210 E. Main St. Plainfield, IN 46168 • Place your payment in the collection basket at any weekend Mass - Make sure it is in an envelope marked "Faith Formation Office" • Drop it off at the Parish Office. If the office is closed, there is a locked drop box right outside the parish office door. You can place your payment in this locked box.
