Media Advertisement Request

Would your Parish Ministry group like to advertise an upcoming event, meeting, etc. in the bulletin, through Flocknote weekly updates, on Facebook, and/or on the Parish website? Please use this form to make this request.

Please note: this form is NOT intended for making room reservations and is strictly for requesting advertising. If you need to reserve a room for your meeting/event, please contact Jackie Arnett at jarnett@saintsusanna.com.

Once you have submitted your form, you will get a confirmation that your form was successfully submitted. In this confirmation you will be given the email address (jvandenbergh@saintsusanna.com) in which to send any image that you would like to include with your advertisement. We cannot use copyrighted images. We require that if you use images with people from your group or the parish, that you have permission from the people within that picture.

If you want your advertisement to link to a flyer that you have already created, please forward your flyer on to jvandenbergh@saintsusanna.com.
