THE DISCIPLE SHIP June 26- June 30, 2023 9:00 am - 11:30 am Open to students 3 years old (as of January 1, 2023) through 4th Grade (2023-2024) School Year) All children attending VBS must be potty-trained. The Fee for VBS is $5.00 per child. We will be asking for donations for snacks and craft supplies from the parish as well All money donated will be used solely for VBS supplies. Payments can be made by check or cash. All checks can be made payable to St. Susanna. You can remit your payment(s) in the following ways: •Mail Payment to: St. Susanna Church Faith Formation Office 1210 E. Main St. Plainfield, IN 46168 • Place your payment in the collection basket at any weekend Mass - Make sure it is in an envelope marked "Faith Formation Office" • Drop it off at the Parish Office. If the office is closed, there is a locked drop box right outside the parish office door. You can place your payment in this locked box. • Online payments can be made for $6 per child.
